Grand Tour Discover Lanzarote

Discover the charms of Lanzarote delighting yourself with the most incredible views of a unique volcanic land. We will start this unforgettable day heading to the south of Lanzarote with a panoramic view of the lava coast (Las Salinas de Janubio) and stop in El Golfo. We will continue our visit heading towards the town of Uga, to delve into the Fire Mountains, where the heat of the interior of the earth still rises to the surface. We will continue between volcanoes and craters to visit the Timanfaya National Park, where we will enjoy the geothermal demonstrations and we will do the "Volcano Route". Lunch on route.. We will cross La Geria, an example of how the Lanzarote farmer has known how to adapt and is the wine area par excellence. We will stop at one of their cellars with tasting included. From there we will head north through the old capital of the island, Teguise, Los Valles and Haría with its view of the Valley of a Thousand Palms. We will get to the Jameos del Agua, where visit this natural cave. Return to the different pick-up points.

Coast to Coast

Hop on the air-conditioned bus and travel to Lagomar, where you can enjoy the house of the famous actor Omar Shariff, cave museum and Lake as if you will be transported to the tale of the Arabian Nights, an encounter with nature, which is situated in the village of Oasis de Nazaret. Legend says that the actor lost the house in playing cards and never returned to Lanzarote. Then you’ll visit The Cactus Garden, a magnificent example of an architectonic intervention integrated into the landscape. Cesar Manrique created this audacious architectonic complex whilst maintaining the unshakeable pairing of art and nature that is so tangible in all of his spatial interventions where you can see more than 1500 varieties of cactus from around the world and the old windmill. Once the route these two emblematic places of art and nature the work of artist Cesar Manrique, the second part of this fantastic tour. You’ll board a ferry to take you to the neighboring island of La Graciosa. Enjoy the breath-taking views of the north coast of Lanzarote on the open upper deck of a 30-minute ferry to the island and feel free to explore the small fishermen village and its handcraft market. Experience the charm of its local life or join in several activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming in unspoilt beaches, a jeep tour and so much more! Let the time stop and lose yourself discovering La Graciosa. Lunch is served on board the ferry and drinks are included. When the visit to La Graciosa is over sail back to Orzola where a shuttle will drop you off at your hotel.

Sunset & Dolphins

Hop aboard an air-conditioned bus and travel to the Marina Puerto del Carmen in the Old Town harbor. Climb aboard the modern “Biosfera Jet” boat get panoramic views of the coast as you go in search of dolphins frolicking in the water. Look for whales and other marine mammals in their natural habitat, and get detailed information about the cetaceans from the expert crew. Benefit from a trip with a high percentage of success spotting the wildlife. Then, watch the sunset over the ocean as you sip Champagne and nibble on complimentary pastries. Sail back to Puerto del Carmen, where a shuttle bus will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. Dolphin sighting not guaranteed.

Short South Tour

Departures from Costa Teguise, Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero and Playa Blanca towards the south of the island, passing through the town of Uga. We will continue to the Fire Mountains to visit the Timanfaya National Park, where we can enjoy geothermal demonstrations on the islet of Hilario. We will continue with the "Volcanoes Route", accompanied by the history of the eruptions that have occurred in Lanzarote in the past. Stop in El Golfo. We will continue to the most important wine-growing area of Lanzarote, La Geria, a unique example of how the local farmers have taken advantage of and adapted to a unique place in the world (stop at a typical winery and tasting included). Return to the pick up points.

Short North Tour

Departure to the town of Teguise, the old capital of the island (panoramic view). Then we headed towards the town of Haría, where we will see a wonderful view of a beautiful palm grove, known as "The Valley of a Thousand Palms". We continue through the towns of Máguez and Ye, we will arrive at the Mirador del Río, step on the Famara Cliff, where we can observe a view of the island of La Graciosa and the "river" that separates it from Lanzarote, as well as being able to admire the rest of the Chinijo Archipelago from a spectacular perspective. From there we will head, skirting the Corona Volcano and the Malpaís de la Corona towards the Jameos del Agua. A cave of undeniable beauty and that gathers an indescribable and totally different landscape, formed by volcanic eruptions. Return admiring the plantations of tuneras that house the cochineal, used as a natural dye, to the different pick-up points.

Teguise Market and La Graciosa

You´ll be picked up from your hotel or apartment in the main touristic areas of Lanzarote in an air-conditioned bus. Once in Teguise you’ll have 2 hours to enjoy the traditional craft market. Every Sunday morning, the silence and tranquillity of its streets and squares give way to the hustle and bustle of many stalls and artisans taking part of the most popular street market in the Canary Islands. Here you’ll find handicrafts of all kinds, ceramics, basketwork, leather goods, etc., as well as natural and typical products, such as cheese, wine and others made with cactus and aloe. Many artists also sell their most diverse works here. Teguise market is an event that no visitor of Lanzarote should miss! After the visit to the market, you’ll head up north of the island to Órzola where you’ll board a ferry to enjoy for 25 minutes the impressive panoramic views of the north coast of Lanzarote. Once in La Graciosa our guide will show you some secrets of Caleta del Sebo, such as the old church and the Aloe Vera Museum. At 2 pm you´ll be received with a glass of champagne meanwhile the lunch is served: salad, paella, fruit, soft drinks, wine, beer and water – all included! After lunch you can enjoy 1’5h of free time in the island to explore it on your own terms and relish its golden beaches, placid houses scattered across a sandy ocher canvas and the turquoise sea that caresses it. This island is for special and sensitive travelers, who know how to enjoy nature, silence, beauty and – why not – sunbathing in lonely beaches. La Graciosa is probably one of the few places in Europe where there are still no paved roads – the most unknown and peaceful spot of the Canary Islands. At 4.30 pm you will return aboard the ferry to Órzola where the bus will be waiting for you to transfer you back to your hotel.

Teguise Market and César Manrique Foundation

Departure from Playa Blanca, Puerto Calero, Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife and Costa Teguise towards Teguise, which used to be the island main city, where there is a very varied popular street market which take place every Sunday. We have free time to visit the market and the possibility of watching performances by folk groups in the town’s central square, surrounded by historic sites such as the church or “Palacio Spínola”. Then, we visit the César Manrique Foundation, located in the old house of the magnificent Lanzarote-born artist. Here, you are able to contemplate César Manrique’s work, as well as various paintings and sculptures by different avant-garde artists. Return at about 1.30 pm

Graciosa Sail

Hop aboard an air-conditioned bus and travel to the port of Órzola to board a ferry for a 30-minute journey to the neighboring island of La Graciosa. Upon arrival on La Graciosa, board a luxury catamaran and get a welcome glass of Champagne with snacks. Then, set sail for a 1-hour trip around the island. Admire the white sand beaches, clear waters and volcanic mountains, and then anchor at Francesca Beach in the south of La Graciosa to relax aboard the boat or jump in for a swim. Make use of the available snorkeling equipment and kayaks for an adventure of your own! Head to the beach by water taxi and sip refreshing drinks as you take in the views and soak up the sun. Lunch will be served on board the catamaran and an open bar is available for your convenience. After lunch, sail back along the coast to the port of La Graciosa, and get some free time to watch the fishermen in the small village of Caleta del Sebo. Go to the handicraft market to purchase some souvenirs, or just take in the local life before the return ferry ride to Órzola. Get dropped off at your hotel at the end of the tour services.

I Love La Graciosa

A coach will pick you up at the point closest to your hotel in Lanzarote and will carry you to a Port of Órzola, a town located to the north of the island, where you will embark on a regular ferry that will take you to the island of La Graciosa. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Once in La Graciosa, you will have an hour to enjoy the most important urban center of a small island, Caleta de Sebo. You can visit it with our guide and learn about the history, customs and traditions of this enclave or, if you prefer, you can explore the area on your own. Subsequently, at the pier will board our luxurious catamaran. A mojito and a bite of tortilla are waiting for you to welcome you. We will sail along the south coast of La Graciosa without losing sight of Lanzarote and will anchor in a small hidden paradise, Playa Francesa. On board, you’ll also enjoy exquisite freshly cooked paella and a free bar with beer, summer wine, water and soft drinks. You can go down to the beach and practice different water activities, such as swimming and kayaking. You can explore the marine life of Europe’s largest protected wildlife reserve. Afterwards, you will return sailing on the catamaran to the wharf of Caleta de Sebo, where you will board regular ferry to Port of Órzola, Lanzarote. From there, a coach will take you back to the point closest to your hotel.

Lobos Island

Climb aboard a fast boat to explore the beautiful island of Lobos and look for dolphins in the Atlantic Ocean on a half-day trip. Enjoy a picnic with drinks and swim off the unspoiled beaches. I Love Papagayo

A coach will pick you up at the point closest to your hotel and take you to Puerto del Carmen, the main touristic centre of the island, where you will embark on a luxurious catamaran. A mojito and a bite of tortilla are waiting for you to welcome you. We will sail south along the coast, bordering the beaches of Papagayo. We will anchor near the coast. On board, you will also enjoy exquisite freshly cooked paella and a free bar with beer, sangria, water and soft drinks. You can practice different water activities, such as swimming and kayaking. Afterwards, you will return sailing on the catamaran to the wharf of Puerto del Carmen. From there, a coach will take you back to the point closest to your hotel.

Sea Trek

Sea Trek is an innovative system that allows you to walk under the sea. It consists of a helmet that offers us an impressive vision (manufactured with the most advanced technology) and a floating raft with two bottles that continuously supply air through the hose-connected hose. This new experience will make you feel zero gravity like on the moon surrounded by our stunning marine life. If you can walk and breathe you can do Sea Trek! The minimum age for this activity is 8 years old, you don’t need to know how to swim, you can wear goggles, make-up, no experience is necessary and anyone can do it regardless of their physical condition, as you only need to walk, breathe and a short training session of ten minutes. It lasts 20 to 30 minutes and has a maximum depth of six metres.

Lanzarote Whale and Dolphin observation

Join us on our fully noise and emission-free 14 metre long catamaran to explore and listen to several majestic whale and dolphin species such as Bottlenose Dolphins, Common Dolphins, Risso's dolphins and Bryde’s whales. The tour consists of a small group of up to max. 12 people. “La Santa Maria” (that’s the name of our catamaran) is equipped with a hydrophone and a 360-degree camera to provide the best possible impressions during the observation of whales and dolphins. Our guests are accompanied by an experienced skipper and guide who explain everything about whales and dolphins.
