Day 1: You leave the southern motorway in the direction of Playa San Juan (TF 46) and thus reach Los Gigantes with its imposing 400-metre-high cliff. Via the TF 454 in the direction of Santiago del Teide, you make a short photo stop at the viewpoint "Mirador Archipenque". Wild, rugged landscape accompanies you on your way via the TF 436 towards Masca, where you will of course take a break, and then towards Buenavista del Norte. Here you keep to the right on the TF 42 and thus reach Garachico, the original capital of the island and partially buried by the lava flow, and then Icod de los Vinos with a visit to the Dragon Tree. Via the TF 373 to Santiago del Teide and then on and on via the TF 1 you get back to the south. Day 2: In the direction of Arona via the TF 28 to La Camella, there you turn onto the TF 51 and follow this road to Vilaflor, the highest mountain village in Spain. From here, it is not far to Las Cañadas and the Teide via the TF 21. If you would like to use the cable car to just below the summit, we recommend booking the ticket with your tour guide - this way you avoid unnecessary waiting times. Follow the TF 21 into the green part of the island, in the north you will directly reach La Orotava and the well-known town of Puerto de la Cruz. Invest a little time in visiting these historic old towns before taking the TF 5 motorway to La Laguna. The old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a highlight of your holiday! The TF 2 and then the TF 1 will take you back to the south. Day 3: Take the southern motorway TF 1 in the direction of Santa Cruz, until exit 22, Güimar. Keep to the right towards Piramides de Güimar and after about 1 km you will find Finca Aloe Vera on the right. Invest half an hour and let us explain this unique plant to you (if you wish to buy a product, you will receive a 5% discount on presentation of this voucher). The pyramids of Güimar are not far away - and you will be surprised to find something like this in Tenerife. Follow in the footsteps of Thor Heyerdahl, who founded this park (discounted tickets available from your tour guide). You should plan at least 2 hours for the visit. Back on the motorway, you will quickly reach Santa Cruz, stroll along the Rambla, the centre of the island's capital, and marvel at the Auditorio, the city's landmark. Keep following the coastline - and you will reach the famous Playa de las Teresitas, which can be found in countless photos of Tenerife, after a few kilometres on the TF 11 after the large port area. A small tip in general: Never (!!) leave valuables or bags in your car - even on Tenerife, opportunity makes thieves! Via the TF 12 you are directly in the green lung and the oldest part of the island, the Anaga Mountains with the Mercedes Forest. Metre-high heather, eucalyptus and spectacular natural scenery accompany you on your way back to Santa Cruz, from where you return via the southern motorway.
