Los Gigantes

This place, which is entirely dedicated to tourism, owes its name to the cliffs that drop steeply into the sea, up to 600 m high. This is the highest cliff in Europe! Incidentally, Los Gigantes is considerably quieter than Playa de las Américas. Between the yacht harbour and the gigantic cliff faces lies a very popular dark sandy beach, protected by the harbour breakwater.
